Will Mysa work with my home heating system?
Mysa replaces your existing wall thermostat and is designed to work with any brand of electric baseboard heater, as long as the heating system is 120-240V and is rated to control 3800W max @ 240V / 1900W max @ 120V.
Can I install Mysa myself?
We offer an online guide & in-app step by step instructions, to assist you. The installation of a Mysa must comply with the applicable Local and/or National Electrical codes and utility requirements. Most customers install in less than 15 mins.
How is Mysa LITE for Baseboards different from Mysa for Baseboards V2?
The following features and benefits are only available with Mysa for Baseboards V2: Temperature & Humidity app alerts, Adaptive brightness, In-app energy use monitoring, Saved schedules, Thermostat zones and Monthly energy usage reports.
Can I manually change the temperature on Mysa?
Yes, you can control your preferred setpoint temperature from the thermostat’s faceplate. Adjusting the temperature manually will override your Schedule until the next set point change and will not interfere with any additional app settings.
